1. CMC Use Methods and Effects in Tobacco

As a binding agent of tobacco sheets, CMC is an ideal binder to produce a tobacco sheet with the rolling process.

Pulverize tobacco leaf into tobacco smalls, and dry-mix it with CMC. Then stir a mix with glycerol, chitin, phosphorous acid, perfumes, and preservative. We can get the tobacco sheet through rolling. Cut it into pipe tobacco. Applying CMC as a binding agent for the tobacco sheet has a low broken rate, has good water retention, not dry. Can form bright soft cut tobacco. No peculiar smell when flaming.

CMC dosage is 2%-6%. Apply it according to different raw materials. Commonly use model IH7.
